"Es limpio, el conserje fue muy amable y nos dieron la habitación rapidamente, es verdad que en las fotos salen apartamentos algo mas espaciosos, y era mas pequeño, pero en general estaba bien, sin mucho jaleo, y bastante bien comunicado alntener las paradas de bus cerca"

"The hotel is a charity in an old church building which is a really nice way to conceive of a hotel. The staff were nice and helpful. "Clean and comfortable room albeit small. Well decorated and stylish. No teaspoons or milk. Coffee was solid in a jar so not drinkable. Room was not made up properly after the first night, 1 wet towel removed and 1 wet towel left on the floor but neither replaced despite leaving them in the shower to indicate that they needed changing. No new tea or milk left. As we didn't return to our room until late we couldn't contact anyone. TV only works if their WiFi worked, that was very haphazard....

"I really liked this hotel. It's what I would call a hidden gem, because I had no idea it was there. The building is clean, housekeeping is spot on, the staff are attentive, and able to offer advice on almost everything.
