"I stayed in the hotel for a full month. Bernadette at the front desk was super kind and helpful, as well the Lady in charge of the night shift. On the contrary, one of the men at the front desk was incredibly rude. I asked for full service at least once a week and housekeeping just did 2 full turnovers during my whole stay- reluctantly. The Gym needs to be cleaned. It is very dirty and has a foul smell."
