"Upon arrival our room was full of spiders and pee stains on the bed. And the 2nd room we booked was not even made Finally they gave us a different room, The wifi didnt work during the day, we had a blackout so we didn't have any electricity (we couldn't charge out phone) no air-condition, in the new room was also bug in out beds By check-out they gave us very bad attitude I hope they're gonna and at least give us a refund as deserved "

"They asking for a deposit which is unreal from regular customer who is an Israeli citizen and just in TLV to work not a tourist. They charging outrageous price for 9 hours of sleep 64 dollars for just a bed. Stay away from this place not worth the money nor the deposit. I got my money back and wasn’t there but for next times I won’t even make a reservation , too much money for nothing plus deposit. "

The room was spacious and clean and ensuite, they provided sheets but you had to rent a towel and there no breakfast option, but there's a communal kitchen, which has tea and coffee and plenty of plates and cutlery and cooking utensils.
