The hotel staff were excellent, helped with the luggage both with check-in and check-out. The cleaning lady was very sweet, and helpful. The hotel staff was excellent. The spa experience, however was rather disappointing....very dark premises...hot stone massage was done with luke warm or rather ...

Swissotel The Bosphorus Istanbul
A hotel that concentrates on corporate clientele. The garden rooms overlook a noisy corporate events facility so opt for a room in the east wing if you want peace and quiet. Food very good but very overpriced as we’re the drinks.
