Just take here it’s okay.

Almost spent my five days and I cannot enjoyed then this, everybody respectful and smiley. Especially if you want to be isolated on your room, you can be free. The only think is if you got your room in building 2, would take you a little bit far from lobby, but it wasn’t something bad for me. Recommended from a happy friend.

I booked a junior suite and it was great. The room was clean and the furniture was excellent. The room had all the important needs, but there was a shortcoming in the service of carrying and delivering the bags to the room, as no one received us to take the bags to the room. Also, the breakfast was suitable and varied.

The hotel is located at a great location. But the staff is absolutely terrible. They are rude and very unprofessional. They should be trained to speak to customers in a better way. My room wasn’t even ready even though I was checking in after 4 pm. The basic amenities were missing. It felt like they didn’t even bother preparing the room. But the most disappointing experience was the rude staff. They don’t even bother listening to what you have to say. Anyone planning on booking this hotel for their stay, pls be prepared to be treated like crap.
