I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.. the staff couldn’t do enough for me and are all extremely friendly… particularly Ekin who worked at the bar area, was always very helpful and went out of his way to make me feel welcome. The hotel is in a lovely location in bakirkoy with everything u need on the doorstep.

the hotel is conveniently situated close to all amenities pretty central the staff are polite and professional, but the bar prices are a little steep unfortunately, i had some money go missing from my luggage, this was not noticed till I returned home, i believe that the management should have staff vetted

Excellent location for shops and restaurants

Great location. I used this hotel as a convenient stopover as I arrived late into Istanbul. For the price it's an awesome find. Staff were super helpful about everything. The room was huge! My only issue was the lighting was quite dark in the room. The window faced a wall so not much natural light and there was only one ceiling bulb working. But really this was minor. A great hotel and fantastic location for shops and restaurants.

I would like to share some feedback from my recent stay, with the intention of contributing to your continuous improvement. The spa and pool were excellent, and the room itself was also excellent. However, I was given a smoking room despite having specifically requested a non-smoking room. The smell in the room was very strong and unfortunately caused me a headache throughout the night. In addition, the front desk service was just acceptable. It seemed that the receptionist was not very attentive. I was not informed about the welcome cocktail, which I later found out was available for guests. I also asked for transportation information, which I was told would be provided, but I never received a response. In my opinion, the main area for improvement is at the reception, where better communication and attention to detail would make a big difference in the guest experience.
