The hotel is very clean and Mustafa in the reception was very helpful. The location is good but it’s hard to reach the Taksim square on foot because of the uphill streets.

The hotel is very pleasant - for this price it’s a really good deal, and the location is close to the city center and many activities. The staff are wonderful and always ready to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The only downside is that leaving the hotel on foot is a bit inconvenient, as you have to walk along the roadway. Also, it would be great if the café on the second floor could be open for guests, since it is currently closed to outsiders.

The service was really good, with very helpful staff. The hotel was clean and nice. It would have been even better with air conditioning in the room. Overall, great value for the price, and it’s easy to reach many places in the city center

No hacen la limpieza de la habitación si tú no lo pides, pero no te informan de ello por lo cual nuestra estancia de 6 días 5 noches solo limpiaron 2 veces y porque lo pedimos. El personal, normal, nos dieron una habitación hacia la calle y no hay aislamiento correcto toda la noche hay ruido ya que haya talleres de mecánica al rededor y desde temprano hay mucho ruido.

Wir haben glücklicherweise ein Upgrade bekommen, da sonst unsere Koffer nicht ins Zimmer gepasst hätten. Das Personal war ganz nett, aber unser Zimmer war schrecklich. Von der Toilette kam ständig ein unaushaltbarer Gestank, die Heizung ging nicht und unser Zimmer wurde nicht ein einziges Mal geputzt, obwohl wir 11 Nächte in dem Hotel verbracht haben.

Fiyat–performans açısından çok iyi. Konum harika, yürüyerek 10 dakika içinde doğrudan şehir merkezindesiniz. Çevrede ihtiyaç duyabileceğiniz her şey mevcut. Otele vardığımızda görevli olan personel son derece nazik ve yardımseverdi, park yeri konusunda da yardımcı oldular. Odalar çok temizdi. Benim için tek eksi yön, odaların açıklamada belirtildiği kadar ses yalıtımlı olmamasıydı. Çok rahatsız edici değildi ama yan odalardan priz takma sesleri ya da konuşmalar duyulabiliyordu.
