We booked the Deluxe Suite with a Balcony it was $599 AUD for 6 nights. It was a serviced apartment vibe. Front desk not staffed. No breakfast included. Great location. Large room. Aircon. Good service from friendly staff via text on WhatsApp. They helped us quickly with our luggage and extra amenities for the room. Cute decor. Loud live music. Small bathroom. Kitchen not functional. Only the mini fridge and kettle worked. The stove did not work. No cutlery or plates provided. You have to walk through alleyways and multiple stairs to arrive. Difficult to arrive with heavy suitcases. For ease light with backpacks to stay here. I would stay again.

A very decent, high-quality, peaceful environment intertwined with history in the heart of Istanbul. It's so beautiful and peaceful that I never wanted to leave. The room and bathroom are sparkling clean, the linens and pillows are clean, tidy. Thanks again for everything.

The room and bathroom were clean and spacious with plenty of storage. The hotel felt well-maintained and safe. The staff were always available when needed. The location was excellent—just a short walk to Istiklal Street and Karakoy.

A very nice hotel located right in the center of Istanbul’s main tourist areas. The neighborhood felt safe, and most major attractions are within walking distance such as Galata Tower and Taksim Square. The room was comfortable, the maintenance was clearly well handled, and the reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Here’s an informal version that uses the word *maintenance*: --- Really nice little boutique hotel—great maintenance, cosy vibe, and it feels super safe. The whole place is clean and well looked after. The location is perfect: right in the centre of Taksim, just steps from "Istiklal Caddesi" and also close to Galataport. Super easy to walk everywhere. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel was like no one at reception but one guy everytime just one WhatsApp text away. They are very friendly and provide any service instantly. Rooms were spacious. And it was like you are living in your home not in hotel. Only issue was there are stairs to reach the hotel not direct on road so you have to walk few meters and get a car or taxi. Dingy and overpriced

Don't trust the pictures. This place is dingy and sad. Perhaps in a past life it was lovely but it's been neglected. The terrace is peaceful and I was fortunate to have it all to myself; however, the generator next door was loud. This was way overpriced for what it was. I'm not sure I woud have been happy with it for half the price.

Bra beligge, men kunne ikke låse rommet.

Sentral beliggenhet med gåavstand ned til havn eller uteplasser. Vanskelig å møte på personal. Hadde rom med dør mot terrasse. Hadde ikke tilgang til nøkkel for å låse denne, og alle hadde tilgang til terassen. Så det var litt bortkastet å låse døra til rommet. Rommet hadde aircondition, minikjøleskap, tv og vannkoker. Badet virket relativt nytt.

The room was really charming and quite unique, as it was basically like a little veranda on the top floor of the building, very characteristic. The space itself is a bit small, and in the morning you really need to keep the air conditioning on, otherwise it gets too hot. The location is quite central, so you’re close to pretty much everything. There’s a bar just nearby and the area is overall good. The neighborhood is very nice as well, full of antique shops, which gives it a special atmosphere.

Amazing helpful staff thanks Mustafa and Valkin. Room was a good size, clean with a wardrobe. A pleasant room next to the patio. Excellent part of Istanbul with plenty of street life with cafes, restaurants and shops everywhere in all the side streets. An easy walk to Tram 1 to get to ferries. Also a short walk to the main shopping area of Istiklal up to Taskim Square. It’s a party area with bars and live music so can be loud. Otherwise a great stay. Loved my time in the French Quarter.

Stayed in one of the terrace rooms and it was great! Comfy bed and really clean. A/C worked great and cooled the room down nicely at night. I did one of the organized pub crawls and it was very safe and convenient getting home at night. Mustafa the property manager was a great host and was really accommodating. Told me a lot about the area and what to do as he’s from the area. Would 100% stay again.

Absolutely Horrible – Stay Away from The Loft Istanbul! I rarely write reviews, but this place was so bad I feel obligated to warn others. We booked The Loft Istanbul for 4 nights, but the moment we arrived, we realized we made a huge mistake. We couldn’t even stay for a few hours – that’s how awful it was. The hotel is NOTHING like the pictures. It felt unsafe and run-down, like a forgotten basement hostel pretending to be a boutique hotel. The rooms were dirty, the air was musty, and everything just screamed neglect. It was genuinely scary. Not even exaggerating – the atmosphere felt eerie and uncomfortable, and we didn’t feel safe leaving our belongings there, let alone sleeping there. We decided to leave immediately and politely requested a refund, explaining how unacceptable the conditions were. But no – they flat out refused. No refund, no accountability, no apologies. It was a complete scam. Avoid at all costs. Don’t ruin your trip like we did. There are SO many better places to stay in Istanbul. This is not one of them.

Wonderful location. The hotel is located in a nice and safe area, and in walking distance to Taksim square and Galata Tower. Room is very nice. Volkan assisted me with the checkin. Volkan was extremely friendly and extremely helpful and flexible with an early check in and a later check out which I really appreciated.

öncelikle otelin, odaların fotoğraflar ile alakası yok. deluxe suit, balkon olarak geçen oda 20mt2 balkon 50cm genişliğinde balkona çıkarken eğilmeniz gerekiyor boyunuz 150cm ya da daha kısa değilseniz, ayrıca toz ve toprak içinde, temizlemeye tenezzül etmemişler. bina yıkıldı yıkılacak vaziyette. şehir manzarası dedikleri de karşınızdaki yıkılmış başka bir binanın moloz yığını dolu bahçesi çok önceden yıkılmış olduğu bariz, açıkça ve kısaca sakın fotoğraflara ve açıklamalara aldanmayın. asla bu fiyatları hak etmeyen bir yer (otel demeye dilim varmadı).
