Incredibly supportive staff, spacious kitchen-equipped rooms and clean rooms, and perfect location. My brother, mum and I stayed here for three weeks following my brother's major operation, and I cannot praise this property and its team enough. Facing a long recovery away from home is incredibly stressful, but the environment here provided the comfort and peace of mind we desperately needed during a very The entire team was wonderful, but Emre, Veysel, and Barış deserve a special mention. They were exceptionally helpful, attentive, and responded to every single one of our queries in a timely, compassionate manner. We were able to cook our own food, which was a massive bonus. Being so close to a supermarket and local cafes made running quick errands easy, meaning we never had to leave my brother’s side for too long. We are deeply grateful for the hospitality and would highly recommend this property to anyone.

I stayed at **The Superior Living Batışehir** for 20 days, and overall I had a very pleasant experience. What I loved most were the spacious apartments, the comfortable beds, and the spotless, fresh bedding. The rooms are well designed and make you feel at home, which is especially important during a long stay. Of course, there were a few downsides. The main one was the restaurant service. It seemed to me that the staff there could be better motivated, as the level of service was inconsistent. However, there were also wonderful employees. A special thank you to the young man who was responsible for providing water and kitchen supplies—he was always smiling, attentive, and genuinely helpful. He really deserves recognition. I would also like to thank the reception team, who did everything they could to make my stay more comfortable. Their kindness and willingness to help made a real difference. Despite a few minor issues, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Istanbul.

Overall, it was a comfortable stay at Superior Living Başakşehir. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the environment felt calm and safe. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Muhemmet, Furqan, and Faisal, who treated us with great kindness and made our stay even more enjoyable. The facilities were decent and suitable for a short stay. The location is a bit far from the main tourist areas, but it’s a good option if you prefer a quiet place away from the busy city. In terms of value for money, it’s a solid choice, and I would consider staying here again.
