We had a 4 night stay at this hotel. The staff were all friendly and courteous and helped make our trip the best it could be for our budget. Breakfast at the hotel was always plentiful with slight variations each day such as sweet macarons and pastry encrusted meatballs. The salad and vegetables typical of the traditional Turkish cuisine was fresh and tasty. We chose this hotel for its location and ease of access to the main attractions in Istanbul. The rooms were cute and compact but clean and the bed was comfortable and ensured we had a good sleep every night after sightseeing and shopping.

Excellent hotel in the heart of sultanahmet. Literally under 5 minutes walk to all the major attractions. Very busy area so maybe not for everyone, but it was very convenient for us. Room was spacious for our family of 5. If only there were more American breakfast options for the breakfast buffet, it’ll be perfect!

The property is perfectly situated , hagia sophia,blue mosque,basilica cistern,topkapi palace are walkable , lots fo restaurants nearby. The staff Berat ,Yusuf,Miraj are lovely and helpful. The breakfast is good . The rooms were cleaned daily and have coffee tea water in the rooms The rooms are a tad small to move around especially when you have luggage . A few coat hangers would have been good . We had a coulle of terrible nights due to the noise from next room at midnight but staff couldnt do anything , not their fault. Overall the stay was excellent except the noise at midnight.

Hotel in the centre of everything
The room was tiny, even though staff upgraded us to the deluxe room. We had a love and hate emotions from this hotel :) it was comfortable and wifi worked. We enjoyed breakfast. However, our sea view top floor room was right above the tram station which is extremely loud, not to mention the extra loud call for prayer early in the morning from all the major mosques that are so beautiful to look at from the window. Unfortunately, during the night and morning we woke up multiple times from the sewer smells. We were not sure whether they came from the hotel pipes or from outside. The patio was beautiful and we walked nearby around the old centre. Hotel helped with parking our car and covering the cost.

The hotel was at the middle of the city center and walking distance to all the great sights. There were free water , tea , coffee at the lobby . I stayed one night but the next time I come to Istanbul I will surely book my stay here. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Had a great stay for our 10th Anniversary. Our room accommodated us and our children comfortably. Staff were very helpful and approachable. Breakfast buffet had something for every taste. Great location for our main attractions all within walking distance and to use the tram system for travelling further out. Evenings were a delight on the terrace with great views aswell as drinks and cake provided. Wonderful hospitality and service from everyone at the hotel. If visiting Istanbul again would definitely go back to this hotel. Thank you for a memorable stay.

It can't be any more convenient! The tram stop is literally three steps away. Great restaurants and shopping all along the street. Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cistern 5 minues walk away. We felt like we were at the center of all the historical places. Breakfast was amazing - delicious and so much variety. Highly recommended if you want the ease of getting to all the sightseeing places. Cons: 1. In the middle of lots of happening. So if you want a place where things are slower-paced and away from the action, this may not be the place for you. 2. The street the hotel is on, is for trams only. So the taxi/shuttle will drop/pick up maybe 200 meters away. So be prepared to walk and drag the luggage if you have any. The hotel staff will help with the luggage if you ask them though.

Our four-night stay in the World Heritage Hotel was an amazing and memorable experience. The staff working there were wonderful, helpful and offered excellent hotel services. The hotel is located in the City Center right next to a tram stop and within walking distance of various important mosques and sites. We could see the blue mosque from our room window and the hotel had a roof terrace with an amazing view of the City Center.

We travelled as a family. The location of the hotel is ideal, it is 10 mins from everywhere. The rooms are well kept and the facility is clean and modern. What makes it stand out the most is the staff. They were super helpful and accommodating. They arranged everything from airport transfers, stay extensions and helped us plan our days. We were able to store our luggage while we went to capaddocia and even got a free room upgrade when we returned. Hands down the best hotel experience we have ever had.

This was my first visit in Istanbul and this hotel just made my stay much more easier and more enjoyable. The hotel is in the middle of the centre with majority of the sites within walking distance, including shops, many local and global food sites nearby, along with desert cafes. The hotel itself, though small in size, it is nice, comfy and clean. The hotel has a nice rooftop with amazing view, which is open 24/7 with options for Shisha. Wide range of breakfast options are also available to guests with a cute dining area. The staff are amazing and ever helpful: providing advice regarding tourist attractions, best places to eat, where to exchange money and providing directions and most of all, helping us feel as comfortable as possible. I plan to return to Istanbul for another holiday in the future and will be looking to book my stay with World Heritage Center Hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel in Istanbul. The staff was friendly. The location is excellent. Walkable to many must see attractions in Istanbul. Tram station is next to the hotel which makes it very convenient. Breakfast is good with plenty of options. Good value for money. I will recommend this hotel.

We only stayed 1 night, but the room was comfortable and clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice and the hotel is right in the heart of the old city. I would definitely recommend the hotel and would stay again.

Amazing location - right in front of the big Hafia Sophia mosque. Awesome turkish breakfast buffet spread - unbelievable - ate so much that I could skip lunch. Location is hard for uber drivers since street in front of hotel does not allow cars - had a difficult time coordinating pickup spot with uber driver. they provided unlimited free water bottles. 24x7 availability of turkish tea and turkish coffee. Service was great. On checkin my basement room was upgraded to regular room - thank you!! Room felt hot - with no control to bring down temperatute

Best welcome I've ever had at a hotel. Concierge service upon arrival, with tea and refreshment. Not pretentious, just friendly, comfortable, clean, and the location can't be beat. The breakfast was also amazing, with roughly 40 homemade dishes in the buffet. Excellent stay, thank you.

Great hotel just a few minutes walk from Hagia Sophia and The Blue Mosque. Tram station is right in front of the hotel. Hotel has a wonderful roof terrace with amazing views. Rooms are compact but my mom and I got upgraded to a triple room at no extra charge. Breakfast was also delicious. By far the best thing about this hotel for me was the professional yet very friendly staff. Every singe one of them always greeted us with a smile and would go above and beyond to meet our needs. For a family of five, we were given a room underground without a single window to let in fresh air or sunlight. I have stayed in a room underground. There was not a single feature in the room that we liked. It was extremely crowded and small. In the restroom, there was not even room to leave our toiletries. The only two good things about the stay was that staff members were friendly and the location was superb. Besides that, we will never set foot in this hotel again nor recommend it to anyone we know going to Istanbul.

Its a good location ,just the tram passes every minute or two. Staff is great and helpful. Rooms are very small but thats how it is in Istanbul. Breakfast was good, everything was tasty.
