"Very nice hotel. Great stuff. Beautiful terrace."

"Spacious and clean room and only a 5 minute walk to Taksim Square!"

"Second time staying at hotel and it was amazing just like the first. The staff really do go out of their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable as possible. 10/10"

"We stayed at the Swissotel Living as we had booked an apartment with 2 bedrooms. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was located in the same building but it was very limited. The apartment needed major maintenance. The AC units were not working properly, and the bathrooms were not very well maintained. Shower head was broken and the toilet accessories and amenities were not working properly. The hotel overall is in a great location and the staff were lovely."

"Nice location. Superb view from roof"

"Sauberes Zimmer, top Lage, freundliches Personal"

"Right next to Taksim Square and Istikal Street"

"We arrived late after a 13 hrs flight and went to sleep immediately. The next morning we took a quick shower to go out early on a tour and did not pay attention to the mold. When we returned that night my wife noticed all the patches of mold on different areas of the stall and opted out of taking a shower and took a bath. I also decided to just take a bath too. "Amazing hotel. 10 out of 10. Rooms were very clean, staffs were very friendly and helpful. The rooftop breakfast was great. At last, the Bosphorus view was amazing💜❤️💜."

"スタッフがとても優しいです。 入口が傾斜の強い坂に階段があるので、大きなスーツケースだと入ったり出たりするのが大変ですが、スタッフの方が帰りは坂の上までスーツケースを出してくれました。 立地も空港から地下鉄でアクセスしやすく、観光地も近いので滞在時間が限られている旅行者におすすめします。"

"Everything was great!!"

"The apartment was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The view from the roof top bar is special. The staff were so lovely and friendly: we have stayed in many hotels and this was the best service we’ve ever received. We travelled with our baby and my mother and they were so considerate of both. We had a little incident which ended up in hospital - but they made us feel safe and were great in an emergency. I would definitely recommend."

"Pictures show the newer version of the hotel. It's a small place, the room is spacious and the bathroom also offers comfort. However the front facing apartments are not silent: the avenue is extremely noisy 24h, day and night. The windows are not capable to sound proof it."

"Our stay at Rayelin Hotel Taksim was extremely disappointing, mainly due to the poor service and lack of attention to basic guest requirements. The housekeeping service was very poor. Our room was not cleaned properly, and towels were missing from the room. Even basic amenities such as a dental kit were not provided throughout our three-day stay. The staff were extremely slow in responding to requests, and we had to follow up repeatedly for basic services that should be standard in any decent...
