"Good location of the hotel to visit the Centro of São Paulo. Near the metro station and easy access. Nice service in the hotel but hard to be understand in English, or to have informations. However, staff did their best. Our Roms didn't look so clean, but was finally not so bad. Good hotel for cheap stay in Rio down town. "

"Key thing for this hotel is to check your room before you move in. My first room on level 3 was so noisy due to the poor windows. After a few days they moved me to level 8 which was much better for noise - but had a missing bathroom window so a bit of a worry re mossies. Clean & breakfast was good, but there was no tea/coffee facilities, and no hot water in the basin. I also was charged for drinking some of the bottled water in the fridge (as it was the ONLY thing there I presumed it was free...
