"The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly. There is no parking-- that's just how Cinque Terre is, so it's not the fault of the hotel. It's a fairly steep uphill climb anywhere in Manarola, and getting to this room was uphill all the way. We very much liked the room, however, and would stay there again. The only real complaint we had was that we paid for our clothes to be washed and got them right before departing. They were still damp and were going to smell like mildew before...

"Villa Alberti is clean hotel and has a good location in old town. There were not coffee makers, our dining area was to other building across street and the breakfast was okay. The front desk and restaurant employees weren’t much friendly, offered little warm welcome and look unimpressed"

"Adorable spot! Great view! Easy train to cinque terre, ut you have to taxi to la spezia centrale train station for 8-10 euros! Beautiful spot and views though, with a great breakfast included!"

"Muy bonito lugar, el cuarto bellísimo. El personal da muy buen servicio y la habitación estaba muy limpia. En un área de difícil acceso para personas con bastón, silla de ruedas o afines."

"Great view with nice rooms! Remote and peaceful."

"Eine durch und durch empfehlenswerte Unterkunft. Der Service durch Andrea war außergewöhnlich."

"Great place to stay to visit Pisa and the Cinque Terre. - Really need a car to get around. - Room well laid out and thought out but more compact than the photos would suggest."

"Il y avait beaucoup de bruit. On entendait les voisins parlaient. La chambre est mal isolé. Belle vue et personnel serviable."

"Suite meravigliosa, letti molto comodi. Tutto perfetto."

"Excelente anfitrión."

"The room was super nice and it had a balcony attached to the room. The amenities were amazing as there was tea, biscuits, towels were provided, and body wash and shampoo (and some more). The terrace at the top was very cute to just sit there during the day. I would recommend this place and would book it again when I’m back in the area."

"Bel emplacement et propre"
