Bom mas precisa acertar alguns pontos

O hotel estava limpo, o atendimento foi excelente porém é bem antigo e está precisando de umas reformas. Um exemplo: Ficamos em um quarto com ar condicionado de janela sem regulagem de temperatura, estava na temperatura mínima. Ou passávamos muito frio ou calor. Tirando o fato dele ser extremamente barulhento.

Café da manhã excelente. Quarto espaçoso. Cama aconchegante. Hotel precisa de atualização nos acabamentos e algumas instalações. TV antiga. Elevador com luzes escuras. O serviço de quarto entregou o prato errado e me cobrou a mais pela refeição que serviram.

O café da manhã é muito bom. Os funcionários foram todos muito cordiais e solícitos. Mas o quarto não era bom, era muito velho, e o barulho da rua era ensurdecedor. Eu sentia como se estivesse no meio da rodovia, junto com os caminhões que passavam. A recepcionista me disse que eu deveria ter ligado para eles e não reservado pela internet (como se o atendimento fosse diferenciado - e arcaico - se fizesse a reserva por telefone). Os funcionários se propuseram a me mudar de quarto no outro dia (para um quarto dos fundos), pois no dia em que eu cheguei não havia outro quarto sobrando. Enfim, foi o único problema que eu encontrei.

Muito barulho até tarde da noite, devido ao restaurante que há dentro do hotel. O cafe da manha é muito bom, mas comeca so as 07h. Cama ok, travesseiros não são bons, chuveiro muito bom. No contexto geral, não é um bom hotel para quem viaja a trabalho.

Boa opção em Itaperuna

Hotel agradável com boa localização pra quem está de carro, na rodovia, o quarto é bom com a excessão da tv que é muito pequena e sem opção de canais. Tem um ótimo restaurante no próprio hotel. O pessoal é muito atencioso e tem espaço para estacionamento.

O hotel é bom os funcionários muito atenciosos e prestativos. Mas o hotel tá meio para do no tempo com ar condionados antigos de 10000 btu que não dá conta de gelar o quarto, deveriam ir trocando pouco a pouco para ar condicionados solto mais modernos e que iria reduzir o consumo de energia, deveria também atualizar o sistema de entrada nos quartos para um sistema eletrônico. Falta ter também secadores de cabelo no quarto e espelho grande.

Satisfatório pelo valor da diária

O hotel é mais bonito na parte externa do que na parte dos quartos. Fiquei em um quarto antigo, com piso em ardósia, ar condicionado de difícil acionamento em caso de pessoas mais baixas. O banheiro foi bastante decepcionante, com vaso de aspecto temeroso de usar, pia rachada e piso com bastante sujeira antiga. O chuveiro também era ruim pois ficava gelado se abrisse para maior fluxo. Apesar disso, a cama era confortável. Além disso, o bistrô que fica no térreo do hotel é bastante agradável e o café da manhã é completo e maravilhoso! De um modo geral, é satisfatório pelo valor da diária.

Nao recomendo ..

Quarto com muito cheiro de mofo, ar condicionado extremamente barulhento..nao consegui dormir direito a noite pois estava tendo alguma festa na frente .. A tarde tinha uns jovens na piscina e estavam fazendo muito barulho ... Sobre a comida ..pior macarrão com frutos do mar que ja comi..os frutos do mar estavam parecendo borracha .. O file mi. Estava muito passado e dpois pedi um mau passado e veio salgado .. Na 1° vez do file mi. Veio molho gorgonzola muito aguado, parece que eles jogaram creme de leite em cima tanto que dava pra ver .. Na 2° vez veio bom e grosso .. Todas as comidas que pedi vieram frias.. O chuveiro nao esquenta o suficiente.. Parece morno ..
