"The assistant manager that we talked to a couple of times (and checked us in) was very helpful in offering suggestions on activities/dining. The room was spacious and a good value. Everything was clean. The afternoon tea and cookies was nice. They have a large pool available; however, the advertising stated it was heated, but it felt pretty cold. Overall, good value and would stay again!"

"The Comfort Inn and Suites at Charlottesville VA is a beautiful place to lodge. I would have given it a 5 star but the remains of pets’ number two is nice to see anytime. I believe a notice for the customers to curb or cleanup after their pets is needed. Plus cameras. Very pleasant stay. The staff is excellent. The breakfast is excellent. I will definitely be a return customer and recommend it to my friends and foes."

"The hotel is only 2 months old and is spotless! Great rooms and the public spaces are incredible. Soaring ceilings and great meeting spaces. There's large windowed room near the elevator on each floor that's a great place to work or start your day in quiet if you're an early riser like me. Great property and lots of passion in their service. It's only 10 to 15 minutes walking to anywhere on campus. A must stay in Charlottesville."

"We checked in and tried showering only to have water as cold as ice, door lock didn’t work. Called front desk his response was change rooms. We were already unpacked and he didn't seem to care, he said no one was there to fix anything. Moved rooms to take a shower in room number 2 and the bathroom bath mat was dirty, we used a towel cus the bath mat was that dirty, the shower wall had black curly hair stuck to it. Called front desk three times, no answer. Went to front desk no one there. ...

"For one of the more expensive mid-range hotels in the area I wasnt really impressed. The room was ok, but not really decorated, and felt more like a dorm room. The king bed had four pillows, that were NOT king pillows. They were small, square, flat throw pillows in regular pillowcases. When I asked about the pillows I was told immediately that those are the only pillows they have and there are no spares. The immediate answer made it sound like they get that question a lot. I would recommend...

"This place was fantastic and I would gladly bool here again over any larger chain hotel. It was quaint, private, and very comfortable. Walking distance to UVA campus and many restaurants. Parking is included using a garage behind the building. Breakfast was included at the lovely Farmbell Kitchen below, making it a fabulous deal. The room was clean, spacious and beautiful and the staff were wonderful. I am so happy with our stay here!"

"Stayed here after attending my cousin's graduation, and I absolutely LOVED it! The room was great and the bed was super comfy - perfect for a solo traveler like myself! The location is so beautiful, I sat outside staring at the stars! Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!"

"The Air Condition was at 94 degrees when I arrive for my stay.. The Gentleman Staff was helpful in assisting me another room.. My issue is the return monies for incidentals for room damages Ect…. They claim 3-7 business Days and I’m on Day 11 … When the rooms are inspected and it checks out Well, the money should be immediately reimbursed to the guess .."
