Time consuming luggage drop off and garage parking. Staff was polite. Not always informative. Pillows were so thick and large. Hard for sleeping

Terrible customer service. The hotel ignored my urgent request for help with a booking error and told me to deal with the booking app. Even when the app contacted them, they refused to help. Completely unaccommodating and disappointing experience.

Location to historical district could not be better. Rooms are a little dated but over all, great size, comfy beds, microwave and fridge. Staff were so nice and friendly.
