写真通りの可愛いお部屋でテンションがあがりました。もう少し泊まりたかった。バイキングもお肉から海鮮まで幅広くとても美味しくいたたきました。デザートも質が良かったです。プールは使用しませんでしたが、温泉でゆっくり+αがたくさんあって大人だけでも充分楽しめる素敵なホテル&施設でした。またゆっくりとお伺いしたいです。

清潔な客室、スタッフの対応、ご飯も美味しく非常に良かったですただ未満児を連れて行ったが布団が用意されて無く借りようとしたら追加料金がかかると言われ断りましたが、せめて人数分の布団は欲しかったです

お部屋は広々、小上がりの畳の間とベッドがありゆったり過ごせました。皆さまの口コミからエレベーター事情を心配しましたが、幸いにも三階のお部屋でしたので、階段で移動しストレス無く過ごせました。

夕食は種類は多いですが、味は特筆するレベルでは無かった。家族向けのリーズナブルなブュッフェでした。混んでいるせいか夕食の時間が指定される為、初めて利用する私たちにとっては、プールで遊ぶ時間の使い方に苦慮しましたが、プールで遊べて、ショーも充実、お風呂や食事、全て整っているので楽しく過ごせました。

フロント係に一人、頭や動作がとてもスローな子が居てイライラした。もっとテキパキしてほしいし、情報を正確に把握してほしい。あとその他の人もホテルのフロント係なのに言葉訛ってて聞き取れないことがあった。レストランはとても美味しいし、そこの接客は素晴らしいです。連泊中毎日新しいタオルと部屋着・アメニティを持って来てくれるのも素晴らしい。また行きます。

家族5人で宿泊しましたが、部屋も十分広く、乳児用に布団を貸して貰えたのでゆっくり寝られました。食事も美味しく概ね満足なのですが、朝夕食やチェックアウト時間帯はエレベーターが混雑でなかなか乗れなったのが唯一の難点です。
