The staff is very kind and helpful! We enjoyed the breakfast buffet all our days here and it had so many delicious options, Western and Japanese. The room was clean and spacious. Great location to get on the subway easily, yet you don’t hear it or notice in the day to day. I would definitely come back here! "

"This property was very busy compared to other dormy locations. Very authentic- no shoes allowed in hotel property. Spa is nice but staff doesn't monitor the guests noise levels. If you are expecting a "quiet" spaces, prepare your mind for "lots of talking" from guests inside spa."

"I loved this hotel! It was like staying in spa up high in the sky. Don’t miss the opportunity to use the public bath on the 26th floor. It has spectacular views! It is separated into men’s and women’s and is a “sento” so you don’t use a bathing suit and wash completely before soaking in the hot tub. The TV set in your room has a menu where you can check to see how busy it is before you take the elevator up. If you love the ofuro experience this is it! The shower in the guest room is also wonderful! Rooms run small so book a big one. The breakfast buffet is terrific too."
