This hotel is in a great location just down the street from Jujo Station. It was very clean and quiet and the staff were very helpful whenever I needed them. It's a great place to stay especially if you are going to visit Fushimi Inari, since the hotel is only about a 15 minute walk from the main gate, so you can leave in the middle of the night or early morning to beat the crowds without having to take any buses or trains. It's located right by a river which is also nice for night walks, jogging, or just relaxing in general. Another good thing is they have bicycles available to rent for guests staying there. Lots of food options around as well including the local konbinis.
Altogether a great place to stay.

Great location. Free parking. Very comfy beds. Bigger than typical Japanese hotel bathrooms. Great water pressure in shower,
Nice staff. Breakfast was great. Ramen place across the street was an experience!

The room and bathroom were so tiny, so we need to squeeze between table and bed, tolet seat and wall. There no closet for your clothes. Many breakfast pictures aren’t what is shown on website. Location is good only for transportation - metro is close by, but no supermarket nearby and restaurant is not available at the hotel.
The staff are friendly and helpful. Metro station was close to the hotel. The room was pretty small and could have been cleaner.

Rooms were nice and spacious. Pillows were flatter than pancakes, room cleaning was limited to just a towel change. Lobby smelled of cigarettes and as a result was not a welcoming attire to arrive to after a long day is sightseeing. Water pressure in shower was amazing and laundry machines available on floor which was handy. Location was decent in that it was close-ish to train station and a short walk to Fushimi Inara Taisha a shrine, everything else was a hike.
Lousiest, thin, cheap pillows. 20th day in Japan and we hardly got any sleep. Sleep is most important thing about a hotel and they fail in that so simple due to pillows like a child might use. No other hotel has had such horrible pillows.
Perfect hotel and walking distance to the famous gates, good if you wanna go there early to beat the crowds. Subway nearby only two stations away from the Shinkansen station!
I recently stayed at your hotel for 4 days and 3 nights, and I would like to express my dissatisfaction with several aspects of my experience.
Firstly, I noticed that the housekeeping staff only changed the towels and emptied the rubbish bin during cleaning but did not fold the bed sheets. While I completely understand that it is standard practice in most hotels not to change bed sheets daily, it is also common for hotel staff to at least tidy and fold the bed sheets each day. This lack of attention to detail made the room feel untidy and below the standard I have experienced in other hotels.
Secondly, I encountered bugs in the room and bathroom during my stay. For two consecutive nights, I noticed small insects resembling spiders. This was both unsettling and unhygienic, making it difficult for me to feel comfortable during my stay.
Lastly, the breakfast buffet was disappointing due to the limited variety of food available. While the price of the buffet was reasonable and comparable to other hotels, the selection of food was insufficient and did not meet expectations.
Overall, my experience at your hotel was disappointing, and I did not enjoy my stay. Based on these issues, I would not recommend this hotel to others. I hope you can address these concerns to improve the experience for future guests.
