"Me entregaron habitación justo al momento de mi llegada, una habitación muy cómoda y más que viaje a con dos bebés, solicité una cuna en recepción y facilitó mucho mi estancia, además de que mi bebé durmió muy cómoda. La comida es muy rica y variada, aunque algunas de las bebidas no fueron del todo de nuestro agrado. Sin duda volveremos y recomendamos ampliamente el hotel "

"Property was nice as well as the staff. Shower in the room was only room temperature and did not adjust at all with either handle. Would have liked to see a swim up bar or central location to get drinks during the day rather then going to the restaurant all the time."

"Everything is perfect at Aura del Mar. We prefer the Superior Suite because of the extra room and the elevated view. The pool area is excellent with plenty of shade. Another few steps and you are on the beach! The restaurant has amazing food. We loved the nightly happy hour on the sunset viewing deck. Abel treats his customers like family. Roxy at the front desk and Carlos who books excursions are both helpful and making every guest feel at home."

"Our overall experience was not great. Our first room was dirty , safe didn’t work no windows or AC. We upgraded at a cost to a better room which worked out much better. Check in was poor , no information was given to us by front end staff regarding special events, no map of the resort. Most of the staff seemed to be indifferent to requests from guests. The few bright spots was Alberto in the breakfast area without him we wouldn’t have known about special dinners or events or what the breakfast...
