Aside from that everything was perfect from the appearance to how staff interacted and assisted myself and other guests I saw present at every instance. Rachel is Awesome in her interactions with everyone even when they arrive late as I did. "

We didnt need ice but im sure some did and there was only 2 floors the machines worked. The staff were all very nice and our room was very clean. We would stay here again if its only for a night or two. "
