"Compared to the 2 other places we stayed in Japan, this was the biggest, size wise. There were 2 separate bedrooms, a bathroom, a laundryroom attached to a shower room, a kitchen attached to a living room area with a small balcony, and a traditional style sitting room. I may highly consider making this home base for the next trip. The check-in process was a bit strange since there are no people staffing the building, but follow the email instructions, and its easy enough."

"Was a bit hesitant about not having a live person to check in with, but the virtual assistant was helpful and made things easy. Room was quiet, clean and spacious. "

"For the price, it is very good value. Location is decent, 15 min walk to Shinsaibashi/Dotonbori/Kuromon. It is quite loud even through out the night as it faces a highway. They even provide earplugs as they know how loud it is. So not for light sleepers for sure. Family mart right across the street. Another thing to note is there are so so many signs all posted around the place - telling you what you can’t do. Again for the price, this is probably as good as it’ll get. "

"The property was suitable for people who planned to spend most of their time out and eating at local restaurants of which there were many. The cooking facilities consisted of a single electric hot plate and basic kitchenwares. Kitchen cupboards were missing doors and the property had a large round corner table between the couches but did not come with dining chairs as indicated in the advertisement. It was very close to the train station and well heated in all rooms. Also felt very private....

"This was an excellent choice for my family. Very close to the metro line which was convenient. The rooms were very nice, very clean and very comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here with your family, it was a great value for the cost!"

"気になったのはバスタオルが３泊分なかったことと、リビングにゴミ箱がなかったことくらいです。部屋数も多く暖房やコタツがあったのが良かったです。寝具もふかふかでした。あ、あと、押し入れに沢山カードゲームやオセロなどがありました。しかし、お湯が白かったです。飲めるのでしょうか、、、、。"

"It was difficult to communicate with the owner or manager. I booked a 5 nights stay. I had a problem with the washer was approved. The cleaning staff couldn't make it work. We noticed the manager about the problem. They answered me on 4 days later. It was to late by then. We reused our old clothes and packed the rest of the dirty clothes home."
