"We were not sure what to expect here. We were very happy with our stay. The check in was incredibly easy, parking by our room was very convenient and the room was very cozy and clean. The property had several walkable dining & beverage options. They also have a beautiful deck overlook of the river to relax. It was 102 degrees the day we stayed (even in the shade) so we didn’t use the deck as we otherwise might have. We used the motel for a jumping off point to visit Crater Lake NP the following...

"We stayed in room 204 for four nights. The hotel is clearly older though very well-maintained -- will stay again. Room was recently renovated, decent size for our bags (a couple) plus storage for wine bought in the area. Central location for the Rogue Valley, downtown Medford, I-5, and easy access to Hwy 62 for Crater Lake. Great breakfast place on the street behind it (Buttercloud), good brewery less than 10 minutes away on foot (Common Block)."
