The host didn't like the discount u guys gave me so he put me in the worst room in the building. 153. It didn't have a sitting area or nothing. Just bed TV n table. I visited there before I know they got good rooms I was very disappointed

It’s clean and the desk staff was very friendly and helpful. It obvious they have done some up grades…new flooring and refrigerators and TV’s. But there are globs of paint in the sink and some of the towels need to be bleached. The iron, ironing board, and clothes rack are old and badly rusted. But. It is a smoking room and that’s hard to find.

Underrated, conveniently located, fairly priced!

The staff are super friendly, and they do their best to accommodate everyone and their needs. The rooms are being upgraded on a consistent basis when vacancies allow. So, be aware that there may be some construction work going on during the day. (Saws, drilling, demo, etc…)

Best place to stay near the highway.

Always a pleasure to stay here. Safe, clean, friendly, and has everything you'll need close by. You get what you pay and won't be disappointed here. Had multiple stays over time this year and never had an issue once. Honestly would give it 10 stars if the scale went that high but 5 is high as it goes so I'll give it a 6. Honestly.

Great place for a stay.

My preferred stay choice in the area. Road noise but that can't be helped being next to a highway. No roaches here at all. Every other place in the area has a roach problem but i never see one here. Also very friendly towards my service dog. Definitely would and will recommend for a overnight or few day stay. 100%

The staff was awesome, excellent customer, they were in training, great people. Lighting in parking lot was terrible and too many shady people walking around. Did not feel safe. Room was decent, broken and missing handles, no iron. Too pricey for that stay. Breakfast was not what I thought we were going to get.

The property doesnt clean the rooms everyday. We have to grab our own new Towels from reception. Breakfast was ok for grab and go. Location is close to everything dining, bars, hwy. The front desk gave us a hard time checking in because I had called the day PRIOR that i was going to check in LATE after midnight because my flight is arriving at 1130 from Nashville. My flight got delayed and ended up getting to the hotel passed 4am. They were calling to tell me id risk losing my reservation if i dont get there soon. Close to 5am i was too tired to deal with their BS luckily they still honored my reservation but didnt need the hassle. This place is very conveniently located near many restaurants and clubs. But can be a little more cleaner with the suites.
