the property was overpriced for the level of condition and breakfast, and I regret we chose it over the Jackson Best Western in town. We will never go back.

The room was clean and neat. The downside of the hotel is that the TV was not working, and the sink was clogged. But I just needed a place to sleep so it was perfect.

The bed was comfortable. The place was totally dirty. Stains everywhere. The room was huge but it needs a major remodel. I know they have remodeled some of the rooms, but not the one I was in.

Mostly nice and resonably priced room. A/C needs maintance in room as it consistantly either would not start or it shut down after a few minutes. This makes for an uncomfortable nights sleep in hot weather.

Honestly this is a terrible place to stay. The floors were so disgusting and dirty they turned my white socks black. The continental breakfast was abysmal. They were doing construction in the room above us and shut off the water to the room without giving us notice. When we went to speak with staff about the water the construction workers were incredibly rude and dismissive and said “the water will be turned back on when we turn it back on.” The only nice thing I have to say about this stay was that staff at the front desk were nice. Don’t stay here honestly there’s a Best Western right down the road that’s way better.

It was nice having a room with 3 beds. Pool looked nice, although we didn’t swim. Property around back a bit junky. Breakfast minimal, but manageable. People there a bit sketchy, but not threatening. Good for price.

Be really enjoyed. Our stay here for my husband's birthday weekend. The staff was wonderful. The room was outstanding. The swimming pool clean, great little place to say.

There were a lot of flies in the room. The morning cleaning staff pestered us to get out of the room before checkout time, then again banging on the door to pester us some more right at checkout time. Felt like we were being bum-rushed. On the good side, the room was quiet, the pool was clean and very refreshing, the bed and pillows were comfortable. However the Breakfast was blah.

Absolutely! Here’s a balanced review that’s honest without being overly harsh: Fair stay with some areas that could use improvement Overall, our stay was fair. The hotel is older but has had some updates. However, there are still several areas that feel dated and could use some attention. The walls, curtains, and lamp shades in the room could definitely be updated, and the floors were noticeably dirty. The beds were fairly comfortable, which made for a decent night’s sleep. One inconvenience was that there weren’t any outlets near either vanity, making it difficult to use hair tools such as a curling iron or straightener. The breakfast was okay—nothing particularly impressive, but it was adequate. Overall, it was a fair stay for an older hotel, but there are several areas where additional updates and better attention to cleanliness would make a noticeable difference.

Rooms were remarkably clean although not super modern. Bathrooms were spotless and good showers. Easy parking, nice staff, decent breakfast. Did not use pool. Convenient to 3 casinos in area and Sutter Creek and other tourist attractions.

A lot of the furniture was damaged or straight up broken. The shower head was leaking from the actual shower head (not the connection). The beds were horrendous - uncomfortable and felt unstable. There was hair all over the bathroom. The breakfast was okay, but almost zero gluten free options.
