"We would absolutely stay here again. It was a great location close to great restaurant options and pretty views of the downtown and water. In the reviews I read the biggest complaint was the noise level. You could clear as day hear any conversations of other rooms if you were in the hallway. Once inside our rooms it wasn’t as bad but we are pretty easy sleepers and other guests were very respectful."

"My husband and I came for our anniversary weekend. We got married at Cedar Point, but wanted to find some other places and things to do in the area. Anchor was a cute little place. When we first pulled in, the first thing I noticed were the beautiful (and real) flowers outside of each room. The property appears very nicely kept. "Pictures are not anything like the actual place. It’s at an intersection and everything is loud. It looks sketchy, and the room is so tiny. A double bed is not even big enough for 2 people. The bathroom is so small you couldn’t move. I would so much rather pay $30 more for bigger."

"Cures resort. The added benefit of getting early access to cedar point was huge. I wish it would have had a pool open past 8pm though. The water park closed at 8 and having a nice lounging pool would have been nice after spending the day at the park. The room was fine. Comfy and convenient..our table was broken and saw some wear in places. Would have liked to have had a coffee maker in the room. Food was kinda pricy in the resort but overall a nice place."

"Weird self-check-in arrangement--no reception desk or staff, just an e-mail with a code to let yourself in & out and a phone number in case you need anything--very impersonal, but o.k. if you don't like dealing with people. Fresh, tidy, and trendy inside. Bedside reading lights and a chair to sit on would be nice (stools at the counter are too high for tying shoes), as would a light outside the door that doesn't attract bugs. "If you’re looking for a clean and quiet place to get some sleep after a long day at cedar point, this place can’t be beat for the price. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Towels and bed linens smelled freshly laundered. Bathroom was spotless and the shower had plenty of water pressure. The a/c was a touch musty but it blew ice cold so, all good."
