This is a lovely hotel, perfectly located on the beach and next to the ferry terminal. The rooms were lovely and clean and the staff really friendly. The restaurant on the bottom floor of the hotel was an unexpected surprise and the food and service were amazing! We just wished we had booked to stay longer. The photos of the hotel really don’t do it justice, it’s much nicer even in real-life.

Loved staying at The Washington! One of my favorite stays to date. Very clean, spacious, beautifully decorated. Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again, and recommend to others!

Such a lovely stay! The Washington was chic, yet cozy and comfortable, and immaculate. Wish we could’ve stayed longer and definitely will return!

Lovely historic mansion

Lovely 1890 boutique hotel right in the heart of town, near a lot of really nice restaurants. I stayed off season, but cannot wait to return when it's warmer so i can enjoy the wraparound porch!

The moment we walked into The Washington (unit c & d), we were in awe! Parking was easy, beds were super comfortable, furniture and decor were perfect and welcoming! Thank you for creating such a cute and cozy space! We will be back!!

Overall, it was a nice place with a good location and price. However, a few things were broken that was a slight annoyance. Also, there were no curtains on the windows which made the room super bright and difficult to sleep.

This was in the basement of the house so it was very dark, and the lighting was absolutely terrible. The bed was comfortable. The coffee maker didn't work. The neighborhood is a bit questionable, however, just minutes from downtown so that was nice. We stayed only one night and it was just okay.

The management service for the property does a great job in servicing requests. This large house property has multiple entrances for different parties to stay independently of each other. Great location for local events. Less than 10 minutes to almost any venue.

It was great. Got it last minute for a great price. Place is within walking distance of eating, drinking, ferries, etc. The only time we heard a noise was the stairwell and walking above, similar to apartment life. Private kitchen with everything you need. Nicely decorated and comfortable.

Very cute and comfortable unit. Very clean and nicely decorated. Comfortable mattress. Unit has refrigerator dishwasher and microwave. There is also a coffee maker and dishes. The location is right downtown and walkable to restaurants. You can hear the sounds of the other units but other customers were pretty respectful. I highly recommend staying here if you like to be away from more busy locations, there is traffic and some foot traffic but very peaceful. This place did not disappoint and I will stay here again!

The unit that we stayed in was comfortable and cute. The only complaint we had was staying in the lower level. The people who stayed above us were up late and were very loud. We could hear everything from them walking across the floor to hearing them talking, until 3:00 AM. The room was not very sound proof. We would request a top floor unit next visit.
