The Hotel was nice, but maybe showing a few signs of age. Upstairs bar was nice, downstairs restaurant ok. Limited menu, would look elsewhere for dinner out. Staff was polite and accommodating. I thought it a bit expensive for the what the property offered.

Hotel Kilbourne is a cool little hotel right on the Pier with access to the Jet Express. The photos online are accurate. All the staff with whom we interacted were very helpful and personable. The room was comfortable, with everything you would need for a weekend stay.

This hotel was so unique - we loved it. Oh Taco the restaurant downstairs was so good!! Jessica the bartender was the best!! Gave us a lot of history of the area and was so welcoming. We will definitely be back.

We checked in early, which was very nice that they let us do that, however its a very very slow manual process that took nearly 15 minutes. The room was ok, however the sink faucet is loose and about to fall off, the toilet paper holder is broken and about to fall off. The internet based tv barely works because the internet is so slow. The place has lots of potential but many things seem like and after thought.
