Room had no microwave nor end tables. We spoke with a maid twice in English and Spanish requesting fresh towels. We never got them. When we inquired with the front desk, we were told they do not give out fresh towels. We only had fresh towels for one night out of a four night stay. Unacceptable.

The staff was Awesome. The hotel is dated and there was a stench in the hallways and room. My bathroom sink only the hot water worked snd the shower was draining extremely slow. However the room and hotel common areas were clean.
