"The gym was small, but nice, rooms clean and comfortable. Kids were enjoying the pool. The biggest advantage to this property for me is location. It's walking distance to a number of restaurants."

"The hotel was ok. The room was clean, quiet, and I felt safe and comfortable, although the hallways and such did have a cigarette smell. Likely a Hotels.com thing, but my name, my reservation number, and phone number were all needed and after trying each one it was no, we don't have you in our system and me worrying - especially since I had already paid. Just looking at the top glaze there was no possible way I was even dipping a toe in the pool. A shame because I picked this place over a closer one so I could relax in the pool at the end of the day. The business station with the printer - their own computer wasn't even connecting to their own wifi. Thankfully I am a tech sort of guy and got it working after about 15 minutes. I then had to go beg for paper and for the briefest moment I worried she would say no - thank goodness I was dressed in my business attire and she decided to give me some. And again, a hotels.com thing and a trip insurance thing that I bought - but I checked out about 8 am with one night left on my booking and was still charged for it. Jumping through hoops with the insurance and might not get it back. Again, not really a THEM thing, although I did check out early... oh well. "

"Room was clean, the internet was good."

"The front desk ladies were so rude and unprofessional. Our room smelled stale and there was a huge bodily fluid stain on the mattress. The shower had no curtain. The lady at the desk brought one and I had to put it up myself. Was also told there were no more towels. A room for 5 people only had 3 towels. You had men hanging out outside the doors smoking iykwim. The property outside was disgusting. The area was very run down and nasty. Definitely not somewhere you want to stay with children. We left to get dinner and booked somewhere else. Just awful! "

"The only issue that I had was that my bathtub was dirty with black hair and soap suds on it . I told them about it and they didn’t correct the situation. I had to clean the bathtub myself. They apologized about it but I wanted action taken. "

"I had a confirmed reservation but the hotel did not have any room when we turned up at 9.30pm. Staff said they were unable to help us further. So I had to book another hotel on the spot and move there. I regret having booked this hotel in the first place."

"The property is what is expected at the price point. The place was very quiet which I appreciated. Some of the furnishings in the small lobby area definitely show wear and tear. My room was nice and clean and though I came with my own towel I noticed the towels there weren’t paper thin. The free breakfast was limited (again it matches the price point). My only irritation was when I was attempting to get something to drink from the juice dispenser I was having an issue and didn’t know if it was out or I was doing something wrong … there was one other person in the space with me and she was getting breakfast as well, I didn’t know she was staff because she wasn’t in a uniform and she simply looked at me while I was talking to myself about what I could be doing wrong. I realized she was a member of staff when she walked into the staff only room (no why would you as an employee try to assist me or tell me it’s broken). Nevertheless when I saw another young lady that come out of that room and was grabbing a bite I asked her about the dispenser and she tried it and realized it was working but was empty and apologized for the inconvenience. No juice for me. Just a brief overnight so I didn’t see or use any other amenities."
