The sheets were not clean, the curtains are in really bad condition. The washroom needs better amenities. Food wasn’t good; could be better.

Staffs,, customer services are good, nice friendly Cleaner need to clean properly. They only changed towels, sheets, never clean, bathroom Bathroom condition was filty!! Need deep clean!

JAKARTA JUNE 2022
Really nice budget hotel in the centre of Jakarta. As with most hotels in Indonesia the staff and the service was wonderful! Everyone is just so friendly and helpful. Good location close to restaurants and coffee shops and a shopping mall right across the road. I would certainly recommend staying here and will be back soon!

I was here for a meeting. Hotel is not too far from airport ... about 40mins by car. Very pleased that there's a mall across the road and a Mac's next door.

Do like the location and breakfast and friendly service. Do not like the drab rooms with no wall decorations. Felt like staying in a large dorm room. Do not like that t here wasno swimming pool. The towels were old. Took a long time for the air conditioner to cool the room.

Staff very helpful especially Stephany at reception and Rizal for concierge. Although I arrived earlier than check in time they assisted in getting a room ready as soon as possible and took care of my luggage. Room was tip top condition and clean.

Good Stay
Standard Ibis Hotel chain hotel. Friendly staff, clean, functional room, comfortable bed and pillows. Wifi was excellent. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. I did not eat at the hotel’s restaurant, so I cannot comment on the food quality or service. I would stay at this hotel again.

Interrupted sleep due to mosquitoes bites. Every night the mosquitoes roaming in the room, suffer few bites each night. have to switch on the lighting to find and trying to kill those mosquitoes. manage to kill two, all with bloods within.

Average cleaniless and small room
The hotel was average. Breakfast not a lot to choose from and doesn’t look very clean. The room is clean and small but the bathroom is very small and not super clean. Not a lot to do nearby. The hotel claims to be 3.5 stars but actually is much worse off than the 4 star Mercure hotel next door.

A good place for a short stay
The hotel met my expectations. it was clean and nice. The room I was put in had a window facing other rooms where the guests could see into my room and visa versa, meaning I didn't feel comfortable opening my windows and enjoying the lovely bright days in Jakarta. other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

A nice experience.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean and well run. The only thing I can recommend is changing bathroom shower heads because it is too time consuming to rinse off properly.

Great service by the IBIS Team. Helpful & cheerful. Room was great with nice arrangement with a sofa bench. Shopping was just opposite. Bus stop opposite also U can go many places. No worry taking the buses many helpful & friendly folks.

Ibis Jakarta Harmoni is a good value for money hotel if you are in Jakarta to do business especially in central or north Jakarta. There are also many good eating places nearby and also shopping areas. Size of the rooms, courtesy of the staff, breakfast spread o.k. but nothing outstanding. Even if you have payed in advance by a solid credit card they will still ask for an additional advance, so carry some extra local currencies for this purpose.

Great hotel around Harmony area. With shopping just opposite overhead bridge. Food around that area with lots of fast food, chinese, india, indoneisa, etc. Clean and nice hotel with Mcdonald 24 x 7 beside. With in room Spa & Massage.

New hotel
The stay was good. The hotel is new and clean. Wifi is ok. Breakfast wasn't too bad but also not great. The only issue is the inconsistencies of the hot shower. The water can turn to cold water in a few seconds.
