One of my favourite places to stay
I have stayed several times and this hotel is still very good to stay Good location with sarinah mall & grand Indonesia mall less than 5 mins walk There is a pool but not very good for sunbathing

Room with a view best choice
I was attending a conference at a hotel close the Bundaran HI so location was great only 10 mins walk. Get a room with a balcony for light

Room was big and clean. Water pressure for showering is really small. Most of the food was cold for buffet breakfast. Walking distance to the train station and major malls like Plaza Indonesia and Grand Indonesia which has more dining options and shopping.

Top service and good location
This hotel is one for the best hotels I've stayed in Indonesia for comfort and customer service was top level, Every staff member I came into contact with was very welcoming, Use of sauna for free was a good start to the day. Breakfast was very good choice for Western people and Indonesian people. Will definitely recommend this place.

great building but lack of comfort.. small restorant and pool.. didn't use the towels because they smell, probably too much chlor. bed and room very spacious, simple but chique designed

Pretty good place if you want to be close to Grand Indonesia. It's pretty new and some rooms have balconies. Weird thing was no soap for the bathroom sink. Staff could be more motivated. It's not really a 4-star hotel.

Ants in the room and on bed
I Noticed lots of Ants in the room, Even on bed.. after compliant they change the room but still few ants in other room but i managed. Room shows with balcony but it locked and reason given as no key. Infact i should get full refund.

豪華ではないが清潔感のあるフレンドリーなホテルであった。改まった雰囲気でないのが、そこが気に入った。 次からまたチョイスしたいと思う。 意外に移動先の拠点にも近いのも利便差の立地で選んで良かった。

The man in the reception was not well informed and he provided a wrong information when I asked the location to purchase SIM card. He gave me an information that the place I can buy SIM card is 15 minutes away from the hotel by car. But actually it turned out the place of SIM card was only 200m away from the hotel. I almost tried to take a Grab taxi to get there…

プールが中庭にあり利用できるのですが、利用した後部屋に戻るルートがレストランとロビーをつっきるので、難儀。 レストランはパン屋そんが運営しているようでしたが、パンがあまり美味しくなかった

إقامة جيدة جدا ،، الفندق موقعه ممتاز 10 دقائق تقريبا مشياً الي سوق سارينا وكذلك الي سوق بلازا وغراند اندونيسيا الفندق صغير لايوجد به لوبي ،، مساحة الغرفة ممتازه يوجد بها صندوق امانات وكذلك ثلاجه متوسطة الحجم وغاز صغير وميكرويف صغير يعيبها ديكور شاشة التلفزيون ليس جيد ،، يناسب شخص لوحده ،، موظفي الفندق محترمون ،،،
