Room maintenance not up to standard. Power failure on check-in and aircon failure after power repair. Changed room with problem of Aircon not controllable, freezing and Refrigerator not cold but noise very disturbing.

Great location. Fantastic staff and facilities. Unfortunately the room feels a bit dated. Bed sheets and bathroom generally were not too clean.

This is a great property with excellent service. The breakfast is good and the pool is in a beautiful setting on the roof top. I have stayed here several times and the service is always good.

Good location
Location was good as it is next to Living World Mall which houses a good number of restaurants. There is also many standalone restaurants just across the road Hotel room is more tired looking since my last visit in 2019. Not maintain properly. For some reasons the towel smells funny even the new ones. Could be the detergent that was used. Like the water cooler idea where guest can top up drinking water and hence contribute to less plastic bottle waste. However some guests do not trust the water dispenser citing maintenance practise and hence cleanliness (how often the water filter is changed). That set me thinking after seeing condition of room …… Overall decent stay.

Mercure Serpong is in good location near airport and Living world mall. Then i can find good restuarant in mall. First day i check in, my towel has old smell but after service staff changed new one, it is okay.

I really enjoyed the culture and the hospitality of the people at this hotel, you would think the employees own a share of the hotel, they were wonderful in making you feel welCome And happy from the front desk manager Vinna and Ardi to the restaurant manager Billy, Reza, and the restaurant staff Emily, Kholis,Malek, Linda, Ayu, Thomas, Vera, Risky. They made my stay very pleasant and housekeeping was great in making my room fresh an FCC clean all day. The hotel may have not been perfect or 5 star But these people were all 5 star in my book and will go back again and stay there

we have requested for non smoking floor, but when upon check in they do not have any non smoking room. As a result we need to top up IDR100,000 to upgrade to a non smoking room. We are very unhappy with the hotel arrangement.

Staff were friendly except for one service staff manning the Accor desk . When I requested her to call a local number she asked me to call from my room .subsequently I went to my room and did a WhatsApp call to the number. Later I received a call in my room and the service desk lady said she called the local number as she said she called the local number and wanted to charge me RP 35,000. In the first instance she did not even record the tel number down so how could she have called the local number . I am very perplexed and this behaviour marred the otherwise pleasant stay in the hotel

More outgoing and environmentally friendly
This hotel has really turned around in the past year. Staff are much more outgoing and operations are much more environmentally friendly — no more plastic wrapping of every laundry piece and water dispensers outside every room to reduce plastic bottle use. Aside from the ongoing video playing in the elevators (which has little impact and is not necessary), this hotel is great!
