"It was bad experience, all dirty and not habitable, although the staff was helpful by moving us to another room but the room condition same, book for 2 night but we just left and stay at another hotel. "
"The location is perfect. Close to all the malls and not far from the train station and from the city. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They offer you a great service. After one night they gave me a free upgrade to a superior room. And the massage on the 5th floor is amazing. Thank you so much guys. "There was a cockroach in the drawer in the kitchen (drawer for the forks and spoons). The blanket has stain. Check in experience is terrible I have to check in at a different place since the number provided in Expedia was inccoect number. I called Expedia for contacting the owner of the place and I received a response after one hour therefore I have to stay at a different hotel for one night and checked in at this apartment on the second night. "Lobby located on first floor, have to take escalator to the lobby, not very convenient to see if driver is coming around.
There is no sitting places to wait for the driver coming.
I am not very fond to the breakfast, though there was many choices, but food not great in taste.
