"The room was the suite. Very spacious with living room separated from the bedroom with a large sectional, very comfortable couch. It has TV in the living room and the bedroom. "Gorgeous old world style. Small but super elegant. Old world amenities like an elevator man and footmen everywhere. Such warmth from all staff. Room was large for nyc standards and bed was amazing. Lots of little touches. Would gladly stay again and price point was way lower than the plaza across the street where I have stayed plenty - would choose sherry n over it any day. Thanks!!!"

"The staff were very helpful and courteous. Location was very central to most things. I liked the coffee area. It was very nice. Restaurants were nearby. Shame there was no breakfast area in the hotel though."

"This place is no-frills without much of a lobby and no on-site restaurant, but it is really good quality for the price and a great location, walkable to Rockefeller, Times Square, Grand Central, Central Park, etc. We booked a suite and it was especially helpful to have a second bathroom for our family. Bobby was also incredibly helpful, he set up airport rides for us and had excellent customer service. Everyone that we came in contact with that worked there was very kind."

"One day, they didn’t provide room service, so there weren’t enough towels, and when I asked them to bring some towels, they only gave me two—such a disappointing lack of service mind. If they did room service, shouldn’t they have left the bathroom completely stocked with towels? The staff on the first floor had guests coming and going from the guest rooms. At times like that, they don’t even look at you or say hello."

"The staff across all levels were very friendly and helpful. We had no issues on our stay. We could see the Times Square billboards from our room. I felt like it was easy to walk to all the spots that we wanted to see. We would stay again."
