"Beautiful place. Only 12 easy drive minutes to Williamsburg. Staff was incredible. "

"It took an hour to check in to the property, and with small kids that is not ideal. The pool was so crowded and the chlorine was so strong it burned our skin. Also, housekeeping rang the doorbell and woke us all up at 9am when we had a 12pm checkout. Not a good experience. "

"Okay hotel. Front desk staff was very nice and decent breakfast. Hotel seemed a little run down. They were in the midst of remodeling, so that wasn’t very pleasant to walk past. But hopefully after the updating it will help with the outdated feel of the place. Great location. "

"Pros: Great front desk staff, especially Rich at the front. Quiet rooms. Lots of space. Cons: Long wait to be seated at breakfast and then had to leave because no one came to take our order for ten minutes. Limited food choices. Got food at the quick market one day. Food was lackluster but staff very nice. "

"Everything was fine except my room had a thin shade that let the light in, so I had a hard time sleeping. I would’ve switched rooms, but I checked in around midnight and was exhausted."
