"Kebersihan sih oke cuma pelayanan sangat2 parah.. handuk ga dikasi sikat gi2 ga dikasi mesti di mintain. Pas dimintain saya harus nunggu 2 jam br dateng.. trus order makanan ke kamar juga satu jam lebih sampai saya cancel orderan makanan nya "

"Great facilities, clean rooms with interesting layout, friendly and helpful staff! I really appreciated that the staff helped with luggage (even up to the station when I needed to take the express for my flight). I also enjoyed the hotel’s closeness to the subway line for easier access to the city. The pool was a little small but I didn’t end up using it due to the smoke. The room was nice but I think what tips the scale is the friendly service. I would definitely stay here again :)"

"Overall this hotel is the best hotel that I've ever stayed. Comford, clean and very nice.... Gooooooodddd ..."

"this hotel has a good location, near the station monorail and the staff members of this hotel was very friendly and helpful, the room was nice and clean"

"Room is clean and staff are friendly"

"Happy to stay here, the hotel provides complimentary shuttle bus to Suria KLCC and Bukit Bintang"

"Great location in Chinatown opposite Pentaling St. Room a little worn and couldn’t get TV to work but still a great concept and idea for a couple of nights stay and a novelty in particular for kids. Great AC in the rooms but none in the shared bathroom which was otherwise always clean."
