"Charmerende. Dejligt værelse med udsigt til poolen. Vær opmærksom på at nogen værelser har vinduer højt, så man ikke kan se ud (kælderen). Flere grupper af stole/borde udenfor, så man kunne sidde og hygge.
Flinke værter. Morgenmad ok, men der manglede hele tiden noget (var der i 3 dage). I området var der gode afmærkede vandrerstier. Et stort supermarked. "

"Loved our stay at Casa Dona Edite. The rooms were very clean and modern. The owners Antonio and Cristina were the most amazing hosts. The dinner option they offer is a must. The homemade food they prepared was absolutely fantastic. Thank you so much for the great advice on what to do and see in the Douro Valley it was much appreciated. "This is a beautiful property. The pride and tradition expressed both by the family who owns and runs the property as well as by the manner in which the property is maintained was clear. I would highly recommend a stay at this winery if you looking for excellent wine and a true experience with a Portuguese wine maker. We dislike "touristy" experience when traveling so this did not disappoint. We hope to return some day!!"

"Fantastic location. Close to many Quinta’s and a village of Pinhao, but away enough to be tranquil. Beautiful views of the valley (not diver valley - you are about 15 min away).
Kind and welcoming service. Easy quick food on the premises made by the mother of the host Felipe. The small cabins just below the main small lodge are fantastic. Generous and fresh breakfast spread. You are essentially in the middle of a family vineyard, enjoying their hospitality. Highly recommend!"

Some the better wine in the area as well, so great bonus.
