"When we checkkng"

"The pictures on the site where very deceiving, there were holes cut in the walls were pipes were replaced and never patched. Place was dirty and very thick moldy and musty smell. Could not stay there and had to book another place on a whim, travelled 11 hours to walk in to that. Property was managed through evolve. After 2 weeks was able to get reimbursed for the week. Did not get reimbursed for the hotel that I had to get for a night or the parking pass. Would not recommend anything from...

"I suggest putting curtains in the living room"

"Positives: The condo was beautiful and nicely decorated. The kitchen had plenty of cooking supplies. No ice maker but two large ice cubes which I appreciated. The enclosed porch was nice. The beach was close. I would definitely recommend staying at this condo. Negatives: the pillows were stuffed into the pillow cases and not comfortable and the towels had a sour smell."

"The condo needed additional cleaning, including sofa bed. Some linens had not been laundered. Shower water pressure/low pressure (install) very poor, requiring longer showers, so the cost to the owner was likely a “wash.” Otherwise, all else met described/advertised standards."

"Great stay!"

"Great location! Close to restaurants and shops."

"Some areas under furniture with a lot of debris, but other than that - older charming Savannah spot "

"The property was perfectly situated for our needs. The room was really nice. It provided everything we needed. Whenever we had a concern or question, the host was always available. They were very accommodating to our needs."

"Got bed bugs! Shower pull broken! The bed against the wall in too small bedroom and things just not in very good condition. "

"Such an easy process parking/checking in. The place was extremely clean, cozy, comfortable, and beautiful. We had everything we needed and more. You could feel the care and love that goes into this property. 10/10 recommend."

"Amazing"

"Poor water flow upstairs, downstairs toilet wasn’t working great. washing machine leaked (think the seal is worn on it) and filters for ac where not the greatest for air flow (my husband changed the one upstairs) and garbage around outside smelled really bad, but with the heat I know that doesn’t help. Overall we had a great experience and we would stay there again. "
