"Please make sure to take photos of the room for documentation. they accused us of stealing towels in which they only provided us with 1 towelette— we even opened our luggages to show the owner that we dont have the towel. we checked in at 3pm and left the hotel from 5pm to 1130pm and checked-out at 6am the next day.
