"Lovely location. It's a big resort with lots of amenities. It's a bit dated but still fairly well maintained. Would recommend. Breakfast buffet options are the same everyday which was a negative but food was tasty and good variety. Staff were very helpful."
"My only critique is that the TV isn’t a smart TV. I wasn’t able to cast content from my phone or use my streaming apps, and the TV only had three channels available, with just one in English.
Aside from that, the hotel was great and I really enjoyed my stay. If you plan to spend some time relaxing in your room and watching shows, I’d recommend bringing a laptop with an HDMI cable or a Chromecast so you have more entertainment options."

Onl thing kind of weird for such an upscale place is you have to pay extra for your kids to use floaties and tubes at the pool though.

"JS호텔은 4성급같은 3성급이다 나는 명동로얄호텔에서 4박5일 투숙하고 김포3성급 호텔에서 1박하면서 지독한 악취로 밤잠을 설치고 도망치듯 제주도로 향하면서 걱정이 많았다 JS호텔은 18박19일 장기투숙을 해야하는데 가격은 김포의 호텔보다 저렴했기 때문에 컨디션이 김포 같으면 옮겨야겠구나 했다 호텔도착후 객실을 열었을때 대박 대박 대박 객실은 4성급이다 장기투숙 이였기에 날마다 청소하는것을 보며 왜 이렇게 청결한지 알수 있었다 김호어직원은 마주치면 밝은 미소로 좋은하루되세요~ .. 덕분에 좋은 하루하루를 보낸거 같다 직원분들 모두가 친절하지만 나는 프론트의 정현욱직원의 도움으로 불편함1도 없는 여행이 되었다 다음 방문때 꼭 다시 만나고 싶다 호텔 주변으론 식당과 편의점이 즐비하고 호텔 정문을 나와 직진으로 3분만 내려오면 월드컵경기장과 이마트 맥도널드 버스터미널이 있다 양쪽 버스정거장을 이용하면 어디든 갈수있다 공항버스도 여럿있다 호텔 왼쪽으론 택시도 있다 나는 주변의 지인과 친구들에게 제주에 가면 이호텔을 이용하라고 강추했다 다른분들도 도움이 되길 바라며…"
