"We really enjoyed our stay at Grand Josun. From the moment we pulled up our car, someone greeted us and help us bring in our luggage. For the money that we paid, we expected the room to be newer/nicer. Room needed a refresh - wall had tape on it to seal up possible marks or cracks, paint was peeling off and areas were yellow. "I liked that there were 4 beds and a table in a separate room. I didn't like that an engineer came to make room cooler and proceeded to turn off the water heater. Then our room keys stopped working, not once but twice. Also, there were no face cloths and the beds didn't have nightstands. Staff also told us that the laundromat was open 24 hours but we got kicked out at midnight!"

"The hotel was well-maintained. The room, while compact, was clean. The amenities provided were of a high standard, leading us to rate this establishment as a solid four-star experience. Our primary concern, however, pertained to the parking facilities. The access ramp to all parking levels was notably steep, and the single lane for both ingress and egress presented a significant safety hazard. This aspect of our stay was quite unsettling."
