Two extremely bright desk lamps (one on the desk, one on the nightstand),which left the rest of the room dark; but if you were in bed or at the desk with the light on, you were blinded. "I was told I wouldn't be getting keys till the next day. Anytime I wanted in my room an employee would let me in. I obviously said that was unacceptable and wasnt staying there. They said they would still charge me for the room as it was a non refundable reservation. Last time I stayed here it was just atrocious. I had forgotten that whole event until I pulled up. Never ever again. But the lady at the front desk was nice. "

"Initially the room had a strange odor. King sized room was small. Really did appreciate the breakfast and supper options that were included. Elevators to go up and down were good. Would be nice to have a wheelchair available for use."

"The room we were assigned to, the floor was sticky and had spilled liquid. Reported this to the front desk, and she blew me off. The breakfast staff was excellent with a few mishaps with (1) coffee maker operating, and no cranberry juice."

"This was the most awful experience ever got there on Thursday April 23rd and got in the room a none smoking room someone had been smoking got moved to another room it hqd bed bigs have proof videos and pictures had to stay there wasnt any hotels available because of a event in town left as fast as we could Saturday April 25th "
