"Excellent stay At the Comfort Suites Charleston West Ashley. Very clean room, large comfy bed with plenty of pillows as well as a nice cozy living area with sofa, chair and big screen tv Very friendly staff made it a breeze to check in. Wonderful free breakfast offered at 6:30 in the morning. I slept better than at my own bedroom."

The accommodations were great, but in 78 years I have never encountered such genuine hospitality consistently during my entire five day stay."

"We loved the Dunlin! The grounds are gorgeous and the rooms are lovely. We rode bikes around the property and had an excellent time! The afternoon tea was a bit overpriced for what was served, but we still enjoyed it. I would like to mention that the room rate we chose made reference to a soaking tub and separate shower and this was not the case; we only had a shower. It was a great shower! But just know that the descriptions here are not always accurate and we were a bit disappointed."

"Everything from the moment I walked through the main door, Ms.Toni had such a welcoming smile greeting me to the moment I checked out. I was in town for work & was accidentally booked at another hotel that was not so pleasant whatsoever, so I moved to Spring Hill suites the very next morning. While explaining my previous night stay elsewhere, Toni did everything to accommodate me in order to make my stay even better to help make up for my previous night, even tho it wasn’t at a Spring Hill...
