"Great old place"

"Place was great, both bed and sleeper were comfortable. Staff was nice and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again. The adult hot tub was great, also checked out the family hot tub and the pool and those were also nice. Quiet location."

"Very nice, very clean. Property felt new with lots of parking. Great place to stay for visits to Jerome or any of the surrounding historic sites."

"Kim from the front desk was very helpful"

"Great hotel and fabulous location. You may need to park in the back which may not be convenient to your room. They provide each guest with a five dollar coupon for a restaurant across the street for breakfast. The food is delicious."

"Loved staying here and being in the heart of downtown. Nice clean rooms."

"What a unique hotel! Historical building with beautifully updated rooms. Easy self check- in. Nice, simple, but much appreciated touches…complimentary waters, coffee and pastries. Great brewery in the building. Great location too - minutes away from the Verde Valley Railroad, Jerome and lots of restaurants in Cottonwood. Friendly staff to top it all off!"

"A family trip to Sedona and Grand Canyon. We booked 3 rooms, 6 nights. Very clean room, bathroom and all around the property. I would stay here again. Old town Cottonwood is nearby for good restaurants and shopping."

"The beds were comfortable. I may have been able to turn the refrigerator down."

"very nice and clean, could us some better shower heads but that's not a biggie. overall great stay!"

"Our hosts, Michelle and Stef, have truly created something special here. This was undoubtedly the best stay of our trip. The room was immaculately clean, the bed provided the best sleep we had in Arizona. The ranch sits on a beautiful property overlooking the mountains in the distance. Unfortunately we couldn’t see the stars due to the rain but the clouds moving in provides us a spectacular view of a storm. We even got to meet their goats pepper and cinnamon before we settled in. Every bit of...

"Our cabin was very clean and well maintained."

"It seems that these units are brand new or have only been open for a short time. But they are great. I had the best time the energy was clean. Everything within the mini home was clean. Absolutely loved it. The blanket and the bed were very soft very comfortable. Would definitely recommend and will be back."
