"I like that it was an easy check in and check out process. The room was clean. The towel holder by the shower was loose. Needs to be fixed. Loose paint from the ceiling in shower. Shower head had low water pressure. Some of the bath towels looked stained and should be replaced . The AC was working as a fan. The room wasn’t getting cooler. The TV worked well and had Netflix and Youtube App. Overall it was a good experience and the room was clean with no odor."

"Stayed one night at Haiban Inn and had a good experience overall. The location is super convenient—just a short walk to the Journal Square PATH station, and surrounded by great Indian restaurants.
