SCAM!!

Never book this hotel!! It doesn’t exist and I wonder why Hotels.com haven’t removed it from their site. We had booked 8 nights and when we arrived we were told by the receptionist about this. Since it was prepaid we had to use three hours over phone explaining this to hotels.com before they were convinced and provided us a similar hotel.

Da vi sad i lufthavnen fik vi mail om at vi var flyttet til en anden lejlighed væk fra havnefronten og uden adgang til pool. Dette var meget utilfredsstillende og vi kunne ikke få kontakt til bureauet selvom de skrev de havde 24/7 service - brug ikke dette kompleks

Arrived and the second bedroom had two twin beds was expecting two queen size beds as per room description when we booked. Bed in master bedroom was hard and uncomfortable and the air conditioner was extremely noisy. The decor was disappointing felt like we were staying in a dorm vs an upscale condo. A little attention to detail and upkeep of the condo would go a long way. There was no laundry detergent or hair dryer. All in all was disappointed with the accomadations. The only positive was the location.

We wish you have your own parking lot! Hotel ok.

Need more polite staff in front desk, specially the first timer, will have a first impression of your facility. But besides it was a good experience. I am looking forward to do it again.

NOT a four star hotel - not even a hotel!

Most uncomfortable bed ever, pillows made of stone, no hair dryer in the room, no hair conditioner. Air conditioning super noisy. Window coverings don't block out light from outside.

Address is NOT on Park Ave, so GPS doesn't take you to the location, you have to circle around to find it, and if it's dark, and a late check in, it can be difficult. It's across from the Metro, so use that as the land mark. Wi-Fi pass word didn't work and there were no channels received on TV, so cable was useless. Decor looked like it was from the 80's, not dirty or bad, just out of place. Cables exposed everywhere around "entertainment center" so be careful with small children. Bed was comfy, shower was fine.

First stay with Hotels.com was great.

Stay was great but only one complaint. I was very unhappy to receive a complaint concerning excessive noises coming from my room. This complaint was a shock to me and my family as we were extremely quiet and conscious about disturbing other tenants. However, I was pleased with how Jemmy dealt with the situation. She was very professional and considerate when dealing. I will not hesitate to stay with Hotels.com in the future.

This is not a hotel

this is someones apartment with kmart furniture. Location is great next to light rail and view of statue of liberty but no parking. If that is what you want fine but i like parking and a front desk person and comfortable furniture. Kitchen was nice though but i did not need that.

Average apartment, not a hotel

The bathroom shower did not work properly and the bathroom got all wet ( outside the shower). The towels were old and only 3 for the 5 days we stayed ( 2 people). It is not a 4 star place, maybe a 3 star, expensive for what was offered.

Das Appartment war neu, mit schönem Ausblick. Die Wohnung war lieblos eingerichtet und bestand komplett aus Ikea Möbeln. Leider hat der Feuermelder ständig gepiepst und die Klimaanlage bei starken Windverhältnissen draußen permanent geklappt, so dass ein Schlafen unmöglich war. Die Wohnung ist schlecht isoliert. Die Austattung der Küche ist minimal ausgestattet. Das Fernsehprogramm besteht leider nur aus fünf Sendern. Angestellte der Rezeption waren unfreundlich und nicht wirklich hilsbereit. Ein Fön war ebenfalls nicht vorhanden und der Toaster kaputt. Als Fazit war das Appartment für den Preis einfach zu teuer.

Not quite a hotel, but comfortable and very convenient and well located, nothing wrong with staying here and great value for the money.

Terrible customer service

I booked this room for a one month stay for a corporate traveler and paid in advance. He had a family emergency after 1 week and was forced to leave town and check out early. The hotel was completely unwilling to even discuss giving any portion of the stay and would not even give the courtesy of having the manager speak with me. The traveler said the hotel was ok but nothing spectacular so I guess since they don't expect repeat business they don't care about bad service. We would have booked again with them as we had someone coming in for a few months in January but instead we are left very upset about the situation and would never recommend. Hotels should be understanding that people occasionally have emergencies and have to cancel, despite their policies. We would have been fine with any offer of a partial refund but instead the manager was rude and refused to speak with me at all. Will be disputing the charge.

Fijn appartement,als enige nadeel was dat het zwembad niet open was op de tijden die er voor stonden. We hadden wel een sleutel gekregen maar die werkte niet. Prachtig uitzicht op het vrijheidsbeeld. De tram vlak voor de deur maar 2 haltes tot de path naar WTC en de andere kant op 2 haltes naar Liberty eiland vandaar moet je wel rekenen op 30 minutten lopen. Winkel beneden in het appartementen complex. Lekker gegeten bij Johns pizzeria in Sussex street. De laatste dag nog gebeld met contactpersoon omdat we onze koffers ergens kwijt moesten ivm latevliegtijd.en konden later uit appartement dan gepland. Fijn appartement iedereen aan te bevelen alleen ben je wel minimaal 30 minuten kwijt voor je bij metro WTC bent, maar het is er wel lekker rustig.

Excellent, spacious apartment with great view of lower Manhattan skyline and the Statue of Liberty. 10 minute walk to PATH train from which you can reach World Trade Center (15 min ride) or Mid-Manhattan (30 min ride). Apartment fairly priced given the quality and location, compared to the much more expensive alternatives on Manhattan. Only two critical points. First, nearest well-equipped supermarket is about a mile away. Secondly, the staff of Jersey City Suites was very slow at replying to email inquiries.
