"Service is quick and excellent"

"We have stayed at this hotel many times in the past and always had a great time. But this time the room only had 2 towels, for 4 people. I tried to call to ask for 2 more but the phone didn't work. So I had to go down to the front desk and I waited in line for 45 mins because there was only 1 person at the desk helping other people. Also the pool was closed for cleaning the entire day we were there but it never said that on the website when we booked the room. My kids were excited to swim but...

"Poor quality of food for breakfast. I was charged a fee for parking but a customer ahead of me wasn't charged. When I asked why I am charged but not the other customer, I was told because of you don't have loyalty membership"

"LOCATION! this is right in the heart of OCNJ. We had the family suite and it slept 6 comfortably. AC was great and the bathroom was BRAND SPANKING NEW. The staff could not be friendlier, they also had beach tags, towels and chairs to borrow. There are alot of steps but that is part of the charm....felt very safe, clean and so much fun."
