"The Air Conditioning unit was broken and the room was registering at 74*. Front desk staff said you could move to another room. We were there for a wedding and had a ceremony and cocktail hour when they asked us to move. It made the stay less desirable."

"Stayed one night at Tropicana Atlantic City. The overall establishment is very clean, and the bathrooms in the common areas were spotless. However, our room could have used some TLC. The toilet was noticeably stained, and there was a section of the shower that looked patched and out of place.
The check-in kiosk didn’t seem to be working properly and kept saying our room wasn’t available, even though we arrived well past the official check-in time. That said, the staff member at check-in was...

"We stayed two nights and the staff was excellent as was Harry's. We used the shuttle to go to Washington Mall with my Grandson and his one month old baby Girl. That was special as it was cold and sprinkling."
