"Our loft stay was excellent. It included a breakfast buffet and the mini bar was included and replenished daily. Its 10 minutes to the train station and ten minutes to old town, the other way. The restaurant during the lunch and dinners were also excellent if you didn't feel like going out."

"Wir haben ein Zimmer in der dritten Etage bekommen. Durch die Baustelle nebenan war ein ruhiger Schlaf kaum möglich. Es gab keinen Hinweis seitens des Hotels. Noch viel schlimmer und das kann man nur als Abzocke bezeichnen, ist der Parkstreifen vor dem Hotel. Ich habe explizit eine Mitarbeiterin und einen Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption gefragt, ob ich mein Fahrzeug dort parken dürfte. Am frühen Morgen komme ich trotz gelöster EasyPark an mein Fahrzeug und fand dieses mit einer Parkkralle vor. Auf...

"Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war super für uns als vierköpfige Familie. Wir hatten ein Executive Zimmer mit Snacks und gefüllter Minibar inklusive. Wasser haben wir täglich neue Flaschen bekommen. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer ließ etwas zu wünschen übrig."

"The accommodation was great, my only issue was the day of check out the housekeeping staff just open the door without announcing herself. Minutes later the front desk came advising of check out time. It was about 13 minutes after which to me wasn’t a problem but a disappointment due to their approach. At check out the keys were turned over to the front office and the agent didn’t even wish us a fond farewell. This really left a sour taste in my mouth after being in such a great accommodation....

"The main issues are that the bed is very noisy when one moves at night, the pillow is very flimsy, the duvet is a single duvet, not a double, and for a tall person, it does not cover the entire body. Other than that, it is a great location, really large room, with super tall ceiling and very well priced."

"The accommodations were comfortable, the location was excellent, the staff was attentive and the breakfast was terrific. Would stay again. Be advised the heated indoor pool is only open after 2pm. My only disappointment was not being able to swim in the morning, as this was the primary reason I booked this hotel over others. For a fee I was able to use the pool at the larger hotel next door- which was fabulous and had views of the Castle. "
